Tubes
We can fill and seal laminated HDPE, MDPE, LDPE and Aluminium Barrier Laminate tubes with a minimum tube diameter of 3mm to 270mm and a height capacity of 5ml to 250ml. Call us to discuss specific requirements.
Bottles, Jars, and Hot Fills
Our equipment includes a twin head piston filler and 2 single piston head fillers that can fill a minimum of 50g to a maximum of 1L. Our perfume fillers can fill up to a maximum of 200ml and we have a semi-automated hot-fill line.

Shrink Wrapping
We are capable of shrink-wrapping jars, bottles, tubes and unit cartons for handling and security purposes. For specific shrink-wrapping requirements, please get in contact with us so we can work together to find the right solution.
Bulk Fill
We can bulk fill into 200kg Drums, 1000kg IBC, 1000kg Chep Box and 5L and 20L Pails. For the safety of the bulk, we can apply several methods of tamper-evident sealing including Pressure-sensitive seals , Fuji or Plastic Sleeve shrink seals, Tamper evident caps and seals, and Induction sealing to bottles and jars.
